My client, a large property company with a Europe focus is currently recruiting for an accounts assistant to join their team. The main responsibilities will include:
- Reconciliations of the cash book
- Overseeing purchase ledger and credit control postings.
- Setting up new bank accounts
- Sales Ledger
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will either have a degree in a finance or accounting related subject or have some relevant experience within accounting ideally within the property industry. You must be organised and able to use your own initiative as well as having excellent communication skills.
